Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package's progress directly on the carrier's website. Allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to become active.

International Orders

We may ship to select international destinations — available options will appear at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
