30-Day Return Window
Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. We want the process to be as painless as possible.
What Can't Be Returned
A few categories are excluded from our return policy:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use
- Anything returned after the 30-day window without prior arrangement
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We'll provide return instructions within one business day. Please do not ship items back without hearing from us first.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll send a confirmation email as soon as it's processed on our end.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. The simplest approach: return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for what you'd like instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately with a description and a photo if possible. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — with no need to return the defective item in most cases.
